The one item I struggle with is the fact we are all looking for a buyout price that will be 3-4 times the current Share price. How can Teck justify paying such a premium, I don’t believe this will be an easy approval for the Teck board.

Jay is correct...it's not about the Teck B shares.....it's all about the Teck A shares....
