The significance of the discovery at CF422-2011 was not the economics, but the fact that they discovered a new mineralized zone. I'm expecting they will locate higher grades near CF422-2011 that will certainly be economic.

To answer your first questions, yes, Teck mines very low grades at Highland Valley. Last quarter it was around 0.26% CuEq. Keep in mind that they have repaid their initial capital costs a long time ago so they only have to overcome operating costs to be economical.
