Yeah Teck is in a hot spot.

1) 1st they must back in

2) Voting shares transfered to CUU

3) Then Teck must spend 100% of the 400% expenditure money to earn their interest in Schaft Creek (during this time they have no control)

4) The mine must be producing within 4 years or they lose all interest they earned.....

So what is Teck to do...lol. Yes get rid of that agreement by buying CUU (fair value as Insiders own 65% of the float). A new agreement will be formed for the new stuff.
