Thanks, Vette, for this comprehensive summary. I called the company too. Mike sounds upbeat, chipper, and professionally circumspect. I asked about the RE for May and he said that is the hope and that nothing to the contrary had been indicated. I asked about silver and he said that is their expectation and that we will have to see. Jim Gray is working hard with TT. Mike is such a gentlemen that I don't feel comfortable pressing for details so I left it at that. They are happy with the latest land parcels, and I paid him and CUU a compliment in the sense that I felt by making the land bigger they are "realizing shareholder value" as they have indicated they wanted to do on many occasions. As I say, he sounds upbeat.

My gut tells me we are in for a good announcement in the near term.
