If the new 2012 program should cost about 10 million....let's not forget that the PP's Ernesto took had warrants attached to them. Exercising those warrants = money they need.

Sept 7: 1,851,852 at an exercise price of $1.50 = $2,777,778

Oct 18: 1,481,482 at an exercise price of $1.50 = $2,222,223

Nov 17 & Dec 5: 3,278,689 at an exercise price of $135 = $4,426,230

Jan 18: 2,000,000 at an exercise price of $1.25 = $2,500,000

TOTAL = $11,926,231
