Must be some heavy duty negotiations going on behind the scenes.

I'd love to know if Teck is ready to move on Schaft Creek and Elmer is forging ahead with CUU v. 2.0

Or is Elmer using this move to apply pressure on a hesitant Teck to act soon or get out of the way so another industry giant can start gobbling up prime real estate in what was expected to be Teckland?
