I'm not convinced that Elmer is over-taxed in his responsibilities to BXX and CUU.

He has been aware of how CUU's agenda will require X amount of his time. Meanwhile he is continuing exploration at the Boss property, started drilling in Ontario and plans to conduct a ground geophysical survey at Dok as well as punch a drill or two there as well.

If Elmer is overtaxed, it is of his own doing (he's the boss) and at his own increasing pace. He does't appear to be worried about his work load.
