Two other thoughts on the funding.

1. What if a company were interested in purchasing our %, wouldn't they jump on a major funding? It might be more important who buys into a funding at this stage than what the money is to be used for.

2. If we were looking at a spinco it might work better to keep CUU, the corporation, and sell off Schaft Creek under the deal. In that case we might need some funding to go forwards and it would be easier to raise the funds through CUU as it stands now.
