I like the new land claims coupled with no NR update about the 2012 plan. I would guess it will lead to a good level of speculative support that something is imminent and/or rumors are getting out on the latest developments.

Odd that there is still no clear 2012 plan (or not!), and intriguing that CUU continues to gobble up lots of claims. What kind of convoluted deal is being negotiated behind closed doors, with all the back-in properties, first right of refusal properties, and non-back-in properties? Doesn't matter, the silence and further claims are a good sign.
