I believe what some of the other board members have suggested is that, either we'll be bought out before any announcement of a drilling season (because that is the material info they may have at hand) or they'll do the PP after the release of the reRE/BFS because that is the material info at hand.

It depends why they are blacked out as to how further drilling plays out IMO, and at this point it's just speculation with limited evidence.
