They need to convert as much dollars into hard assets as possible. This is the sort of news that makes a 3-5 billion dollar investment into one of the most promising mining districts in the world look like a drop in the bucket. This is the level the Chinese are playing at now. They use other vehicles for energy and precious metals. Great angle to follow indeed.
