Regarding the 2008 Schaft Creek Capex...

Many times in past conversations Elmer has told me it was done all wrong..It could have been way more efficient.....they should have done this, they should have done that, they should have removed this and cut that.....

Elmer has been tweaking this for awhile..saving every penny. Asking multiple contractors for quotes etc....

This will offset the rising metal cost.
