Take it easy Orcinus...1Operator was replying to a question regarding the worst case scenario. And yes, not having FN on side - like the case with Prosperity - would be an example of a very bad case.

As far as the Tahltan, as Vette pointed out, a number work at SC, there are agreements and protocols in place (http://www.copperfoxmetals.com/s/SchaftCreek.asp?ReportID=209028) and the Talhtan have registered their issues concerning Schaft Cr with the EA authority regarding their asserted title and rights.

The Talhtan are fully aware of what is happening in their territory. It is up to the prospectors and miners to ensure that they adequately consult and accomodate. Prosperity is learning this process the hard way.
