Yes... Interesting that CUU is affirming the status of the Mess Creek claims (green outline) as merely road access. I guess they aren't buying Web's argument about better gold LOL!
And, as JohnnyAugust points out, the new 2011-12 claims (red outline) just north of the green Mess claims are not lumped as road access. Recall that the better grab sample out of the Mess Creek claims (5.9gpt Au) is in this region. More importantly, Paget's Poryphry target is about 2kms away from CUU claims and this gab sample in this area. 2km's is close for poryphry systems - considering that each might be in the order of 1-2km's in size!
Also interesting that CUU put the claim #'s on the map and grouped the claims accoring to the Teck agreement and different era's of purchasing. Me suspects that this map may form the basis for an impending deal and serve as a means to explain this to shareholders. For example... claims 'A,B,C' (pink) to go with the Teck agreement & earn-in; claims 'D,E,F' are 'offered' (within 2kms of pink claims) under the Agreement, and 'G,H, I' (remainder) claims go to Spinco outright...
