For now not much we can do about new investors. Only the longs can spread the word as much we can.

BUT...

The day will come when this stock will be up 50 cents on a day...maybe before the resource estimate or something else.

The news, the price and the volume will be up, this will attract new investors...they will come lurquing and will all want to know what the story's about.
