CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Some of us here have to periodically raise money for income taxes, sky high property tax and to fund pensions. I also believe a base price of $2.50 would make it a lot easier for a CEO to justify the buyout price we all want. of course the pounds in the ground represent the value of the resource, but while we're waiting, life goes on.
If you read my post yesterday, between a rock and a hard place, if we have to raise money via. a public offering, you will understand why a higher share price would be beneficial.
Lastly, there's great psychological benifit for the people that may be underwater in this investment and for the rest of us, it's just a plain feel good factor...chunky
