We got through part one. That was a lot of questions but we made a lot of progress. You know that conversations stray and then you have to come back to it so it takes a lot more time.

I'm really pleased with the progress the company is making. You'll find the answers insightfull and I hope my style is entertaining. Due to the volume of information I may need till Thurs to produce a decent copy.

I did clear up the issue where 9.1 and 15.1 of the contract didn't jive. The intent is that Teck does have to make a formal contract for the JV within the 60 days but CUU would probably not make an issue out of it if more time was needed. It would have to embody the options because clearly Teck might need its 120 days to formulate a plan. So this is not an issue. They do have to earn back in before the contract would become enforced.

I'm very happy to hear this. It tells me these guys will work together to the common benefit of both company's share holders.
