Another reason why I believe they will take us out entirely so they can develop the project on their own timeline

Teck must also bring Schaft Creek into commercial production under a 4 year time limit or lose all interest. This is currently an impossible task (Not having any control could make it even harder..)

** (This 4 year clause is in a non public underlying agreement that dates back to the 1960's between Hecla, Asarco , Teck and now Copper Fox
