This implies making the agreement 60 days after FS whereas they have 120 days to opt. See the conflict

WG, does that mean that in actuality they only have 60 days to decide to back in after PFS

or risk having to renegotiate the 20,40,75 option due to the wording of the agreement

Sorry if i'm missing something, I can see the conflict but not necessarily what it actually

could entail.
