1. What's the liklihood of getting a large dividend for the sale of SC versus selling everything and having a spin-co that has option agreements with TECK to explore the remaining land? If we do it as a divident

2. reRE...any updates on that and the inclusion of silver.

3. Any PP's anytime soon? Do we have a drilling plan?

4. How is the mine plan going? Do they still have staffing issues? Are there any technical issues?
