20 years ago is 20 years ago. The competition for metals and politics have gone up 10x times since then. Last thing we need coming out of economical depression / recession is to axe more jobs. Not to mention the county is trying to get out of debt and we need to stay as attractive as possible. I have to completely disagree with you on this.
