Michael Smith Insiders are in a black out period ...they are in receipt of the feasibility study. FS is not complete, mine plan to be finalized, they will be in this black-out until the FS in released.

Michael: need for additional funding going forward, a MAJOR financing, reference to the cost of completing a JV. ...it appears to me we are planning an alternative scenario, Teck takes a pass or JV partner possibly with another player (total speculation).
