Ya, I've been giving that some thought too. More recently Elmer said we might see it unfold that way. They cherry pick and hand us a new contract for CF 2.0

This would be a near last resort on our part because we want max value for the acquired land too. However, our actions speak louder. We are following a patern that suggest that we have an understanding with Teck. We are preparing for the 2.0
