Of note, Mount Milligan which is being built right now (structural steel going up and at least 12 to 18months from start-up)

Submission was submitted 2006-09-06, regulatory decision 2010-11-17 (4 years)

Schaft Creek will be at least 2 years (per new rules) in regulatory studies and then a couple years for construction

Anyone who really thinks this will operational in 4 years is blowing smoke up your assets.
