Thanks, Cody. I am. I think a vast number of those on this BB would meet the true Securities' definition of being an Accredited Investor.

If there is a PP, I would recommend that the company put it out there to the market, and see what comes in. It would be nice to see the market get a first crack at the PP rather than just offering to one insider. As much as I deeply respect Senor Echeverria, I think the smaller investors, who have been loyally with the company for this long, should be rewarded for staying by the company through thick and thin.

Just my opinion here, and I am sure that Senor Echeverria being the good man that he is would heartily agree.
