David Macdonald is the only one not in a blackout? Except his wife, of course.

I wonder if that has anything to do with his connection to Burgeonvest? He might have a conflict of interest if there were talks going on.

David was Senior Vice President and Director of the Private Client Group at Blackmont Capital Inc. and as of March 1, 2009 is currently Vice Chairman & Director of Burgeonvest-Bick Securities Limited.
