If the NR was indeed the truth then the logical conclusions to be drawn by this is that TT was flat out lying about the progress! ES was telling us right up to PDAC that everything was 100% on time and BFS was guaranteed to be out by Q1. As a prof. Eng myself, I find it extremely hard to believe that a Major Engineering firm would be doing this nor do I find it credible that ES, a prof geo with over 30 years experience, was completely oblivious and unaware of the situation. If I had done this as a consulting Eng. I would have been fired.
