I have seen it before where TMX had insiders buys but there was never anything filed. I don't know if it was an institution or something but it seems to happen every once and a while.

The 30k must have been Joanne Macdonald buying back, she tends to file 5 days later (look at her transaction date vs filing date pattern on Canadian insider)
