Not to be too terribly negative but ... isn't Tetra Tech doing the revised RE? After calculating allowances for staff shortages, sick days, summer vacation hours, lack of adequate (no lack of any) follow-up or schedule supervision, and considering we may have to ask former employees of Wardrop to become involved on a subcontract consulting basis, I predict with some confidence that there is a good chance the revised RE will be out by early fall 2012, plus or minus a month or two and contingent on a Toronto summer with an average amount of rainfall and pleasant daily working conditions.
