But let people re read the NR. They will start to figure things out.

We hire Tetra for the FS then we have to provide them with management too!? Looks like we are serious about getting it done using their underlings but have to provide them with the experts at the top because they suck. At least, we will get it done and they will have to compensate us for the labour. It will come out in the wash as all their other customers start reporting the same. Right about now the CEO of Tetra should be polishing up his resume.
