I would argue that the rush is already on. The new claim stakes showing up around SC's claims are steadily increasing. Also around BXX's Dok property.

There are new claim stakes to the west of this week's purchases (northern strips) that were registered this week! When the access improves (snow melt? Flying weather?) I expect to see a lot more staking going on. I don't know if Mr Marko and Mr Mott are staking this for CUU or for their own pleasure but they don't appear to be finished.
