Finished my study of the info. Looks like there's still an issue with the silver. The resource estimate held up the FS last year and still we don't have silver. I can see Elmer going bald over this. We gave them an entire year to resolve it and we are still arguing that we can't give the + minerals away for free. There's an issue with the pit slope because we found high grade and pushed the east wall higher up the slope where there's loose rock. That's a problem I like. It sounds like that's been delt with.

We are using Tetra for the REre that comes after the FS. This is so they will have the confidence to include the silver otherwise the numbers might not be acceptable. It's amazing that we are still taking about this. So it looks like I was right about why we switched to them for the reRE. We are talking about amounts in the billion plus range.

Looking at this year's plan: We may get the FS +- a week of the target. I don't know if the reRE will be anywhere near the Q2 deadline. Even though we gave them the contract I am not confident this will settle the silver issue. They may have to state the silver for very specific areas of the resource and not include it beyond say the starter pit. I'm not happy about it but it would be acceptable because they can have decades to drill up more proof.

One good thing coming for the timing is support from the Can gov't Fed budget on the 29th. This may not show up in the headlines but is a general consideration at the department level.

We still don't have any news about CUU forming a mining team. We have a lot of the right people already but are missing about 4 key people. I will not be surprised to see them fly in under the radar in the coming months.

Another thing about the reRE. It's going to come out at the wrong time so I bet it gets delayed into Aug. Even July would be better than the intended April/May time frame. The problem is that July is Teck's eleventh hour and they would want the reRE earlier so they would have time to consider it.

My time is up for today. Maybe I'll have time tonight to complete this.

Future Operations:

Copper Fox plans to complete the feasibility study as soon as possible with an expected completion date by March 31, 2012. Copper Fox plans to complete an updated resource estimate to incorporate the analytical results of the 2011 drilling program. This work will not affect the feasibility study’s expected completion date.

The focus for Copper Fox at Schaft Creek during the three months starting March 1, 2012 will be to:

a) Complete the feasibility study on the Schaft Creek deposit by March 31, 2012;

b) Complete an updated current mineral Resource Estimation on the Paramount zone to include the 2011 results; and

c) Plan a program for 2012, which includes aspects of the road access, power line and securing diamond drills, geophysical equipment and personnel to complete additional field work in 2012. The 2012 program will be designed with as much flexibility possible to react to the decision Teck Resources Ltd make regarding its participation in the Schaft Creek project.
