Your Point #4 is the "Clincher" IMO.....

Much faster & Cheaper Start-up (& Better/ Faster) IRR at SC will / would lower the long Term Op. Cost & increase Profitability at Galore.Galore previously Back Burnered for Years due to Infrastructure Costs- as we all know!
