I agree with your rational on Teck buying us out completely... (IIetea)

Why would Teck paint them selves into a corner with a 4 year time restriction to build... This is key in my opinion... Teck and many others are having a tough time attracting tradesmen and workers right now... Add in the billions of dollars being spent in the tar sands... I just don't see how Teck could compete for the people to build a new mine... There is also a long wait list for mining equipment and most contractors like Finning and P&H are stressed to the max as well... 4 years is just not enough time to get Copper Fox up and running...
