moneytospend, I didn't ban Chipsarein although I do agree with the decision. I did remove a message he posted earlier today which started off by saying: "There is no bright side. Back to $1.15 we go. I should have dumped at $1.55 when I had the chance."

To definitively claim that the sp is going to drop to $1.15 is unarguably an example of speech at its most free, and maybe he'll even turn out to be right, but if there is no accompanying rationale to buttress such an extreme assertion, is it acceptable here? I don't think so. There are other venues available for making unsubstantiated claims.
