Explain to me how one can lose points for posting negative stuff backed with facts. Rule 5 doesn't explain that very well. I think I may have been unfairly penalized by this hidden process. I would think that would act to unfairly constrain opinion even when backed by fact.

Ie. It's pretty clear that we have a short window of opportunity and even management acknowledges that.
