Not to mention we've been "assured" it was on time for last summer, "gauranteed" it was on time for December, and now "for sure" its out in Q1.

Good argument, but one that only reinforces the fact that this time..we get the feasibility.

It has been late multiple times, they have had plenty of time to ''do it right''. More chance of something being late the 1st or 2nd time around..but much less chances the 6th.
