CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
Like Metacomet, I've been trading CPFXF from Maryland for these past years. Across three accounts, my lowest was $0.70 and my highest was $2.59 (bummer, I know) with averages of $1.24, $2.17 & $1.17 in each account.
I really like the Buffet quote about diversification and ignorance, if only to make myself feel better about how deep I am in CUU. I'm young and can afford to take big risks so I really have gone "all-in" on CUU. Besides a small position in BXX, my portfolio is all CUU.
I also wanted to give a big thanks to all the contributors on this board and to those over on SH before it tanked. Everyone contributes in their own way (geology, technical analysis, L2, pictures & maps, DD, etc.) and it's made this board into a great community as well as a great source/resevoir of knowledge. Without naming particular people (wouldn't want to leave people out, plus you know who you are), thanks for all that you do!
Finally, when all this is said and done, we need to organize some sort of CUU golf outing in Vegas or somewhere. I know it's a half-serious proposition but how awesome would it be to put faces to names? Anyhow, let's hold off on any rise in SP, my tax refund hasn't come yet :)
