Last time I checked we own 100% not 25%. If we're always going to be using the 25% we should factor in the Teck back in value....(expenditures, the financing, the control, the Liard shares, the extra land)
Another thing to take in account is the amount of attention CUU will get once Teck does back in. Alot of very big money follows Teck. Teck will be promoting Schaft Creek like crazy and we (while and if we are still around) will feel the effect of it.
This will draw a lot of attention (Institutional funds, majors, retail) Apart from the initial offer, this will give our sp a big boost.
We will also get a boost from the initial Feasibility, putting us on the map. During the 120 days all the majors will have had time to digest the Feasibility...they will all wait for Teck to act and they will be ready.
Again during the 120 days...how many sellers will have the guts to let go....how many buyers will want in....
Let's not forget, duringthe same 120 days we will also be releasing a revised RE and maybe even drilling the new zones, confirming once and for all that we have a district.
Very exciting times ahead...this is not the time to doubt.
