I believe we sometimes forget the size and complexity of this series of deposits. The bfs is no small project. In addition both Tech and any competitive bidders will, no doubt be presented with the information not included in the BFS, i.e. Silver results, new holes, etc. In some sort of consistemt package by the third party negotiator. I am certain they want to have this ready concurrently with the BFS. This package may be as complex or moreso than the BFS. Therefore, this is a very big job with numerous comtractors involved. They do not want to leave anything out, but they can't present this supplement as if were a BFS. A difficult amd complex process, to say the least. By the way, I doubt that Tech can buy any stock now because they probably already have considerable non public information, especially if they have been working with the third party negotiator on this supplementary report. This is another good reason to use a third party negotiator. Allows management and BOD to continue to buy longer since they may not be privy to this supplementary report"s details yet, other than the information already made public. Obviousy i am guessing on the existence of this supp report, but they have stated that resources not included in the BFS will be included in negotiating a value and such a report would be necessary for them to rationally negotiate.
