If that were the case they would not continue to buy more. I know that for Ernesto a couple million is nothing, however he did not get rich and continue to be rich by throwing money away.
If he knew that this was going to be sold for nothing he would not keep throwing money at it.
He would not have agreed to take the debt repayment in shares unless it was worth it then and going to be worth more.
It has been said here, the only way he can get out of this is for the whole thing to be bought. There is no way he could unload 200 million in the open market.
