Another thing I confirmed is that CUU has paid all their debt to Ernesto. No more debt.

I contacted Elmer via email after close today and also asked if there was anymore debt to settle. He replied that there is no more debt to settle aswell.

He responded right away. He also told me to feel free to call him if I have any further questions.
