Oh and let's not forget the value in having the Control.....

Teck does not control anything until they earn minimum 40% (via spending on the mine)

The control alone is only worth what a Teck competitor would be willing to pay for it....lol.

Or again..what would Teck pay to not have that control go into the wrong hands...
