What this tells me is everything is on track. There are other small details like this to attend to. We have not settled all the land issues. There's still 2 parcels to consider buying. Due to the time lapse I'm thinking the current owners want too much. There should be a fresh round of options for the management. We have not heard about the road. There should be some discussion but that could be left to the buyer. (Will Elmer leave anything to the buyer? LOL).

Copper Fox will submit the Environmental Assessment Application in the first half of 2012 and expects to complete the environmental assessment process by the end of 2012. In addition, Copper Fox will submit a permit application to construct the Schaft Creek access road concurrently with the environmental assessment application. This will ensure a timely transition from the environmental process to construction of the mine.
