Why now ?

Why not now ? The stock is steady as dead water.... better do it now then in an incoming push up, if any, before bfs...

If Im trying to be positive Id say it might be part of the deal with Teck, Ernesto takes the bank account to zero but they pay a bit less (not significant for us) per share later ...
