With all due respect, claiming people are lucky when they've been successful at something they set out to do doesn't seem right.

Teck wanted another company to work on the updated RE so it’s obvious they will wait for it and then decide what to do

Teck may just as easily prefer to use their own company when they take it over. Anyway, I don't think the RE is going to be too far behind the BFS.
