Thanks Lissibear. I spoke with Mike this week. He says the BFS is on track for the end of this month (plus or minus a few days). He also shared that he felt it was unlikely that TCK would take a full 120 to decide what it was going to do. When I asked about this, he said that TCK is in all the meetings, there are no surprises. They have their own people crunching numbers, etc.

I think once the BFS is out, we will see some very quick announcements. JMO.
