Teck has their own Feasibility done on us...you can be sure of that.

As for the Liard Shares...try to put a value on those.

We own 1.47%, upon Feasibility we get Tecks's 78% = 79.47%

Teck elects to back in at 75% they get 75% of 78%.

CUU is left with 20.97% of the Liard shares.

Try to put a value on our 20.97% Liard shares (CUU will own) over a 20-50-100 year mine life / revenu flow....for example 600 million a year.

Your jaw will drop.

And keep in mind this is only if Teck backs in for 75%...

This is why they must take us out....they want those shares..but at what price...
