There is only 1 reason to release a BFS at this juncture.

That is the trigger to move Teck off the pot.

By definition, the BFS merely needs to show that the project is profitable by as little as $1 to trigger the clock on Teck.

Doesn't matter how they achieve that.

Could be peaches and cream. As long as the project can be shown to pay for itself based on the assumptions used in the study, Teck has the ball in their court.

That is Elmers focus at this juncture. Until Teck moves, the share price will not.
