Been Googling around and from what I am getting is that the $15 offer was a low ball and that there is an expecatation in the market that the Sp should be north of $20. So, it seems majority of analysis out there think the SP on QUX will be going higher. The QUX management is recommending to accept, but they do not have a majority holding, so here comes the bidding war.
